Square Miles India was founded in 2019 by Himanshu Tripathi in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, with a clear vision: bring world-class construction expertise to a market that deserved better. The name “Square Miles” reflects our commitment to managing every square foot of every project with precision.
We started small — a 12-person team, one project at a time. But word spread quickly. Clients noticed that we delivered what we promised: quality materials, skilled labor, transparent communication, and on-time completion.
Today, Square Miles India operates from three cities — Lucknow, Gurugram, and Allahabad — with 413+ professionals across engineering, architecture, project management, and site operations. Our 115+ completed projects span healthcare facilities, commercial complexes, residential townships, and institutional buildings.
